About iNetEd™

iNetEd™ provides a centralized Internet based system that individual, companies and organizations can create, store and deliver content for training and information.

Our goal is to provide a cost effective platform for the self-authoring training over the Internet. This will allow small to mid sized companies to automate the reporting of employees training. Studies about employee’s behavior have proven that managing skills and leadership capacities improve after accomplishing a training processes based on the business or company model. In a down economy managing the skill level becomes more critical to survival by training employees on your business model and it does not have to be expensive. iNetEd™ provides just such a cost effective platform.

We found there is also value in centralizing information about training compliance to help employers know the status of employee's skills. It becomes an invaluable tool for rapid growth to keep uniformity of trained personnel across all new hires or merges.

Remote worker has become a common part of business and with this system everyone knows his or her job. The knowledge to communicate the information necessary to provide goods and services is critical to an organization. In the past unless a company had budgets in the millions it was not practical to build a site and maintain it. iNetEd™ provides the site and all you do is maintain your content and your user/students.

Away from the work force there is also the potential of customer training, motivational training and customer support. It is no longer left up to the large corporations who can afford million dollar systems to deliver training.

The content belongs to the registered user, we provide consulting services when needed to build a lesson. These services are billed out as a separate cost center that pays independent contractors to perform the necessary tasks. All contractors have passed our on-line certification course.

In a time when companies have to take a look at their budgets to become more efficient training is an area that most Executive Committees cut back on. But during downtime cutting back on training could be the worst thing a HR department can do. Unlike competition that is selling a customized package of their content our system is designed so you own your content and who better to know your companies needs then you. A simple to use interface allows you to enter your content into the system and assign it to the users you select.

Our current customers have used the system for a wide variety of uses. From standardization of testing between technical schools campuses to establish carpet care training for field technicians. One of the biggest usages is OSHA training for employees and tracking the training in case of workers comp litigation for injury.

Some other uses are in-services for new employees, product training for store clerks, security training, professional trainer’s, tutors, private schools training, new product training and on going service training. The potential of uses is limited to the users own limits.
